I teach people how to develop a regular mindfulness practice and integrate it into their everyday lives. Mindfulness practice allows us to fully embrace life’s joys and meet the difficult moments more skillfully, and the result of that is often an increased sense of ease, peace, happiness and fulfillment.

What is RemissionHealth Coaching?

Working with mindfulness based strategies can support us in developing more healthy patterns of relating with our own body, heart, and mind as well as with other people. A mindfulness coach teaches mindfulness meditation practices and then teaches you how to incorporate the practices and principles of mindfulness meditation into your daily life for increased awareness, and stress reduction.

With mindfulness meditation practice, we can learn how to become more resilient to difficult experiences and to savor good experiences without clinging to them. Mindfulness is a way to learn skills for coping with feelings in a balanced way, without amplifying or avoiding them. This can all support our mental health and our physical health and wellbeing.
